Dental Therapy Grand Course – #DTGC

A key focus of dentist Alexander Apokin’s scientific and analytical work is the creation of a unified digital hub for interactive digital almanacs and literary indexes. The project’s core concept is to filter out commercial marketing and information noise, direct practitioners to verified fundamental research (from PubMed, Quintessence, and Springer Nature databases), and return to the principles of evidence-based medicine.

This series of interactive dental almanacs represents a fundamental digital project. These publications combine a systematic analysis of hundreds of global scientific publications, examining classic research schools with integrated interactive widgets and dynamic graphs, transforming a wealth of academic knowledge into a visual and practical tool for clinicians, lecturers, and researchers.

Almanac of evidence-based rubberdamology for all studies RUBBERDAM

Over 500 peer-reviewed international studies (PubMed/MEDLINE) have been collected, deduplicated, and categorized using a rigorous taxonomy—from the seminal works of Takao Fusayama, David Pashley, and Bart van Meerbeek to current European consensus papers on abrasion (Loomans et al.), meta-analyses on vital pulp therapy, deep margin elevation studies (Bresser et al.), and multicenter cohort trials of the DPBRN network.

Almanac of books on therapeutic dentistry and cariesology: Literature analysis

An academic collection and systematic audit of the PubMed evidence base. An analysis of 136 years of global dental literature (from 1890 to 2026) allows us to clearly structure the evolution of our discipline. The development of cariesology and surgical techniques is not simply a change in generations of filling materials, but a fundamental shift from blind, crippling radicalism to precise biological conservatism.

Almanac of books on therapeutic dentistry and endodontics: Literature analysis

The Almanac of Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry is an interactive digital navigation map and comprehensive analytical inventory of key global literature over the past 85 years (from Louis Grossman's seminal works of the 1940s to the latest CBCT guidelines and bioceramic monoblock protocols of 2026). It was created for practicing physicians, researchers, and lecturers with the goal of completely removing commercial noise from clinical protocols and moving toward completely predictable, biologically verified, top-tier medicine.
