The Foundation of Stability: Anchoring Before the Reconstruction Stage

- For molar work, we use the 12A, 13A, W3, and 7 power anchor clamps.
- For premolars, the optimal choice is the B2, B3, W2, 1, and 2 clamps.
Only by ensuring absolute immobility of the isolation and freeing up space in the surgical area using these proven “anchors” from Tor VM can the clinician achieve precise adaptation of matrix systems, wedges, and separation rings. Without a reliable anchor foundation, any subsequent attempt to restore the anatomy of the contact point becomes technically unpredictable.
